FACILITIES

PPRFC has great facilities for both members and non-members.

The Clubrooms is a great venue for all types of functions. You can hire it for:

  • Adult birthday parties
  • Kids birthday parties
  • Meetings
  • Community Events
  • Courses

The Clubrooms consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and bar facilities, male & female toilets. It has a maximum capacity of 290 people. (capacity for approx 150 seated)

AV facilities – projector, screen, TVs, microphone

Parking available directly outside Clubrooms

Alcohol – due to alcohol laws there is no BYO at our venue, and a bar manager needs to be present to manage the sale of alcohol to guests. If the bar is requested to be open for a non-club event, a Special Licence is required and the application needs to be submitted at least 20 working days in advance of the event. The additional cost is passed on to the hirer.

All fully financial members of the club are able to access a discount on the hireage fee.

Note the Clubrooms are not available for hire on Saturdays during rugby season. The 2026 season commences 4th April and runs until approximately mid August.
