Notice of Annual General Meeting of Paremata Plimmerton Rugby Football Club to be held at 6:30pm on Thursday 9^th November 2023, at the Paremata Plimmerton RFC clubrooms, Ngāti Toa Domain, Pascoe Avenue, Mana, Porirua City.

Notices and information relating to the following matters will be issued by the dates noted below:

• Nominations for Life Members received by Friday 27^th October 2023.
• Nominations for the Management Committee received by Friday 3^rd November 2023.

For any general business items, please email the Club Secretary at secretary@pareplimrugby.co.nz no later than Friday 27th October 2023.

Twenty members present at an Annual General Meeting shall constitute a quorum.

The 2023 Annual Report including financial statements and agenda will be available on our website no later than Friday 3^rd November (there will be a limited supply available at the AGM)
