Notice of Annual General Meeting of Paremata Plimmerton Rugby Football Club to be held at 6:30pm on Thursday 27th November 2025, at the Paremata Plimmerton RFC clubrooms, Ngāti Toa Domain, Pascoe Avenue, Mana, Porirua City. 

Notices and information relating to the following matters will be issued by the dates noted below:

• Nominations for the Management Committee received by Thursday, 20th November 2025.
• For any general business items, please email the Club Secretary secretary@pareplimrugby.co.nz no later than Friday, 14th November 2025,

Twenty members present at an Annual General Meeting shall constitute a quorum.
 

The 2025 Annual Report including financial statements and AGM agenda will be available on our website no later than Friday 21st November 2025 (there will be a limited supply available at the AGM)
